AdroitLogic provides commercial support for the UltraESB in different forms. It could be help on building a configuration, or support to implement a customized feature. These fall under Development Support. You may want to learn more about the UltraESB quickly with hands-on experience from an expert, in which case it will fall under On-site Consultancy or Training.

The UltraESB is licensed under either of the following. You should receive the full license agreement along with your selected download and/or directly from AdroitLogic.

Development Support and Custom Development

Development support allows customers to concentrate on the areas that really requires their specialization and full attention, leaving proof-of-concept implementations, advanced configuration options & questions, and custom extension development etc. to our consultants, so that much time and cost could be saved from a projects' life cycle.

Support services provided includes:

  • Answering questions with suggestions and/or solutions

  • Guidance on performance, security and deployment issues

  • Proof-of-concept implementations

  • Customisation / Development of custom extensions

  • Development of new features or enhancements required by the customer

On-site consultancy & Training

On-site consultancy and/or training helps customers to quickly get started on using the product. In addition, it usually includes technology guidance and discussion on architecture, areas for customization etc.

Production Support

Production support pricing is based on the number of instances of the software used in a production deployment. A resolution of an issue maybe offered as a patch, workaround or instructions. However, these MUST NOT be disclosed publicly or shared with any third party.

Production support includes the following:

  • Technical support for the resolution of production deployment issues

  • Access to software updates and service packs

  • Security alerts
